Rules and Regulations
- To be eligible, you must fully complete the Primary Perspective registration form
- Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received
- One winner will be randomly selected from all registrations submitted through July 15, 2008
- Only one entry per person
- Winner will be notified by e-mail on July 30, 2008.
- Void where prohibited by law
- CogniMed Inc. reserves the right to refuse any submission for any reason
- Prizes are non transferable and not redeemable for cash
- Employees of CogniMed Inc. are not eligible
- All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply
- Participating entrants agree that CogniMed Inc., its subsidiaries, officers, directors, and their employees shall not be responsible for lost, misdirected, illegible or late entries
- By registering, contestants accept these rules and agree to be bound by the results of the prize drawings. All decisions made by CogniMed Inc. are final
